Allergy Relief
Bee pollen and locally made honey are great allergy preventatives. By eating bee pollen and honey you ingest minature amounts of plsnts, grasses, and the things you are allergic to. This stimulates your immune system and you build up resistance to lessen your allergies when allergy season hits. When allergy season is in full bloom you will want to take 1 teaspoon of honey per day. A second remedy for stuffy noses is a bowl of hot-and-sour soup or a dish of spicy chii, if this doesn't get you sniffer clear, nothing will. Spicy food is the rooter service for clearing out blocked nasal passages. The heat loosens the mucus gets it running on the way out.
