Advantages of Using Niacin

Niacin can bring about amazing results for those who are battling high cholesterol troubles. It has also been noted that Niacin may be able to reverse the progression of atherosclerosis. Smokers can benefit from taking 2 grams of Niacin per day. B3 comes in three forms:

Nicotinic Acid
Nicotinate
Nicotinamide
